Booking & delivery
How do I book a dumpster in Appleton?
Call (920) 280-7323. There are no forms on this site by design — a two-minute conversation settles the size, the placement and the timing far better than a web form and a callback. Tell us the size you want, we'll deliver it the same or next day depending on availability, you fill it at your own pace, and we come pick it up and dispose of everything the right way when you're done.
How quickly can you deliver?
Same-day or next-day delivery is available in many areas around Appleton when you call early in the day, depending on what's already on the schedule. Jobsite swap-outs take priority because a full container can't wait.
How long can I keep the dumpster?
We keep rental periods flexible enough to cover most jobs comfortably. Need it longer than planned? Call and we'll extend it — no penalty for asking.
Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?
No, not as long as we know exactly where you want the container placed. Most customers just tell us over the phone or leave a note, and we place it exactly where you asked without needing you on site for either the drop or the pickup.
Can I get the container swapped mid-job?
Yes. A swap drops an empty container and takes the full one in the same visit. On a live jobsite, tell us your expected fill rate at the start and we'll schedule swaps in advance rather than waiting for the call.

What sizes do you carry?

Which size is right for a small cleanout?
A 10 or 15 yard usually does it — a garage clear-out, a single-room gut job, a modest amount of yard waste. Describe the pile when you call and we'll size it exactly rather than guess.
Which size handles a remodel?
A 20 yard is the go-to for most kitchen and bathroom remodels, flooring jobs and mid-size renovation debris. If the job is bigger than a single room, mention it and we may point you toward a 30.
Can heavy materials like concrete or dirt go in any size?
No — heavy debris like concrete, dirt, brick and tile should only go in a 10 or 15 yard container. Those sizes are built for the weight; a bigger box fills to its weight limit on heavy material long before it looks full, and that gets expensive fast.
Which size fits a roofing job?
Most roofing tear-offs fit a 10 or 20 yard, depending on the size of the roof and how many layers are coming off. Tell us the square footage and we'll size it exactly when you call.

Pricing & process
What does a dumpster rental cost in Appleton?
We run transparent flat-rate pricing based on container size, the type of debris, your location and how long you keep the container — we don't publish a generic price list because every job is genuinely different. What we do promise is a straight, flat number once we quote you: call and we'll give you a clear answer for your job, free.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We quote a flat rate up front with no surprise charges tacked on afterward. If a job looks likely to change the number — heavier debris than expected, a longer rental — we tell you before it happens, not after.
Do you charge extra for a longer rental?
We'd far rather extend a rental than have you rush a job or overfill the container. Call if you need more time and we'll tell you what it involves before you commit.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is arranged when your booking is confirmed — no cash handling required on delivery day.

What can and can't go in
What can go in the dumpster?
Most renovation and cleanout material: wood, drywall, tile and flooring; furniture; general household junk; yard waste like branches and clippings; roofing shingles; and most household appliances. If you're unsure about a specific item, ask when you call.
What can't go in the dumpster?
Paint, solvents and oils, tires, batteries, hazardous chemicals, gas cylinders and propane tanks, and medical or biohazard waste — none of it goes in a standard roll-off. One prohibited item can get a whole load rejected, so flag anything you're unsure about before it goes in.
Can I fill the dumpster above the rim?
No — debris has to stay level with or below the top rim. An overfilled dumpster cannot legally be hauled on the road, and we'll need material removed or a second trip before we can pick it up, which just slows your job down.
What about yard waste specifically?
We keep yard waste — grass clippings, leaves and brush — as its own clean load rather than mixed into a general container. Just tell us when you book and we'll route it correctly, in line with the same clean-load approach behind Wisconsin's own construction and demolition debris rules (NR 500–538).
What building materials get recycled instead of landfilled?
Under Wisconsin DNR rules, clean brick, concrete, untreated wood, clean soil and building stone can bypass solid-waste licensing when they're kept away from floodplains, wetlands and waterways, and we route metals, masonry, unpainted wood, drywall, carpet, vinyl siding and PVC pipe toward recycling separately whenever a job allows it. Permits & property
Do I need a permit to have a dumpster delivered?
In most cases, no, if the container sits entirely on your own private property — a driveway, yard or lot. That covers the large majority of jobs we deliver. Not sure about your address? Ask us or the city and we'll tell you plainly.
What if the container needs to sit on the street or sidewalk?
A Permit to Occupy the Public Right-of-Way from the City of Appleton's Public Works / Engineering division is required for placement on a public street or sidewalk — a modest, non-refundable fee, with processing that can take up to five business days. Tell us your situation when you book and we'll walk you through exactly what your job needs. Will the dumpster damage my driveway?
It shouldn't, and we take real steps to prevent it. Our driver walks the spot with you before anything moves. If a surface is already cracked or heaving, we'll say so and suggest a better spot rather than press on and hope.
Where does the debris actually go?
General construction and household debris routes through the Outagamie County Landfill system on Holland Road — part of a regional Tri-County partnership serving Outagamie County, Winnebago and Brown counties. Clean concrete, metal and recoverable material get sent toward recovery wherever the job allows, rather than routing everything to one place. On your own property
In most cases, a dumpster that sits entirely on your own driveway, yard or lot needs no city permit at all — that covers the large majority of jobs we deliver across Appleton and the Fox Cities. The City of Appleton's own right-of-way permit rules are written specifically around street and sidewalk placement, not private property. Every lot is a little different, though, so if you're not sure, ask us or the city when you book and we'll tell you plainly before the truck leaves.
On the street or sidewalk
Placement in the public street or on a sidewalk in Appleton requires a Permit to Occupy the Public Right-of-Way from the City of Appleton's Public Works / Engineering division — a modest, non-refundable fee, with processing that can take up to five business days, so it's worth sorting out before delivery day rather than the morning of.
