Learn moreKimberly, Wisconsin · Fox Valley
Kimberly is a compact Fox River village just east of Appleton, built around one of the region's classic papermaking stories -- and now around what's replacing it.

Kimberly carries a 2020 Census population of 7,320. The village was originally known as "The Cedars" before being renamed for John A. Kimberly, co-founder of Kimberly-Clark, when the company opened a Fox River paper mill here in 1889. That mill closed in 2008, and in 2017 the village bought the site to redevelop it -- reviving the original "The Cedars" name for the project. It's a genuine piece of Paper Valley history mid-transition into its next chapter.
A redevelopment site the scale of The Cedars, plus the older homes and small businesses that make up the rest of the village, means we run everything from Construction Dumpster Rental on the mill-site work to routine Residential Dumpster Rental for a Kimberly kitchen remodel or basement cleanout. Junk Removal calls are common too, for homeowners clearing out a garage or an estate close to the village center.

a quick, direct run east from our Appleton yard, following the Fox River corridor out to the village.

Kimberly is about 4 miles east of Appleton, roughly a 9-minute drive, so same-day delivery is realistic on most weekday calls placed in the morning.
Yes -- construction and demolition debris from a redevelopment project like The Cedars is exactly what our roll-off containers are built for. Call with the project scope and we'll size and schedule it properly, including swap-outs if the job runs in phases.
Not for anything staying entirely on your own driveway or lot. A container placed on a public street is different -- Kimberly is its own village government, separate from the City of Appleton, and handles street-placement permits through its own village office. Tell us your situation and we'll help you figure out what applies.
No -- the same flat-rate pricing applies everywhere we deliver, Kimberly included. Size and debris type are what move the number, not the short drive across the river.
