The 40 yard exists for one situation: a large quantity of light-to-mixed construction or remodeling debris with somewhere open and level to put the box. Large commercial fit-outs, warehouse and light-industrial clear-outs, major whole-property renovations and high-volume packaging or framing offcuts are where it earns its keep across Outagamie County job sites — the open commercial parcels around the Fox Cities' Lake Winnebago-adjacent corridor, near Neenah and Menasha, tend to suit it better than a tight residential lot.
It's rarely the right call for a standard residential driveway.
