Same standard on every job
Every service on this page runs to the same standard. Licensed and insured to operate in Wisconsin, with general liability and commercial auto cover, and documentation available the same day for contractors and property managers who need one on file before we come on site.
Every delivery runs through our own yard and our own crew — never a subcontracted driver in someone else's paint. Our driver walks the spot with you before anything moves, and if a surface is already cracked or heaving we'll say so and suggest a better spot rather than press on and hope.
Process
One short conversation. We ask what you are clearing, where the box needs to sit and when you need it. No forms, no waiting on an email.
You get one straight, transparent number covering delivery, the rental period, pickup and disposal. If a smaller box does the job we will say so.
Our driver walks the spot with you and sets the container square in the driveway, curb lane or job site.
Keep it level with the top rail and keep the banned items out. Need a swap mid-job or an early pickup? One call and we are on it.
Clean concrete, metal and yard waste get separated out for recycling wherever the job allows, and the rest goes into the regional Tri-County landfill system the right way.
Service area
We run dumpsters out of our 1635 W Haskel St yard across Appleton and out into Grand Chute, Kimberly, Little Chute and every surrounding Fox Valley community. If your address is not on this list, call anyway — we probably still get there.
Answers
Start with the material rather than the label. Mixed household contents and furniture go in a standard container; construction and remodeling debris usually needs a dedicated jobsite box; and clean yard waste is cheaper and cleaner to route as its own separate load kept apart from construction debris. If your job spans two of those, tell us and we'll work out whether one container or two makes more sense.
Usually yes for general household and construction waste. The exceptions matter: yard waste stays a separate clean stream, and materials Wisconsin regulates separately — hazardous chemicals, paint, solvents, oils, tires, batteries, propane tanks and gas cylinders, medical or biohazard waste — never go in any general container. We'll tell you what has to come out of a load before it ships, not after.
Most days, yes. Orders placed early usually go out the same day inside Appleton and the nearer Fox Cities communities, and next morning further out across Outagamie County. Live jobsite swap-outs take priority. If a route looks like it might slip, we'll tell you straight rather than promise a slot we can't hold.
Yes, and a good share of our week is repeat trade with builders, remodeling contractors and property managers across Outagamie County. Accounts get priority scheduling on swap-outs, consistent handling across every site and a direct line rather than a different vendor for every job.
Call and we'll extend it. Jobs run long — that's normal — and we'd much rather extend the rental than have you overfill a container or rush the work to beat a pickup.
A little. Spring cleanup after a long Wisconsin winter and fall yard-waste season both bring a real spike in calls, and we stage extra containers for both stretches because we know they're coming. Live jobsite swap-outs still take priority over everything else on the board.
