Construction Dumpster Rental across Appleton and Outagamie County
New construction is picking up fast in parts of the Fox Cities -- Greenville alone has grown into one of Wisconsin's largest villages by land area in just the last few years -- and remodel work never really slows down in a region full of older homes and Fox River mill-town housing stock. Either way, the debris profile changes as the job moves through phases.
We size and place the container to match the phase you are in, and we keep the swap schedule tight so a full box does not sit on your site slowing the crew down.
Sized to the phase of the job
Framing and demo debris runs bulky but light. Drywall, trim and finish-out waste runs heavier per cubic yard than it looks. Concrete, brick and masonry are dense enough that a smaller container often makes more sense than a bigger one once you account for the weight allowance. Tell us which phase you are working through and we will size accordingly instead of defaulting to whatever is biggest.
For a multi-phase job we will work out a swap schedule up front, so you are not calling in a panic every time a container fills.
Wisconsin DNR rules, handled right
Burning construction and demolition debris is illegal in Wisconsin, so everything needs to go through proper disposal rather than a burn pile on site. Clean, source-separated brick, concrete, untreated wood, soil and stone can bypass solid-waste licensing requirements entirely -- but only if it is kept separate rather than mixed into a single load.
We ask crews to keep metal, masonry, unpainted wood, drywall, carpet, vinyl siding and PVC pipe loose and separated where practical, in line with Wisconsin DNR guidance (chs. NR 500-538) on recycling those materials rather than landfilling everything together. It costs nothing extra and it is the right way to run a jobsite.

Answers
Construction Dumpster Rental -- your questions
Can I mix framing, drywall and concrete in one dumpster?
You can, but it is not the most efficient way to use the weight allowance -- dense material like concrete and masonry eats into your tonnage fast. Ask us about keeping heavy debris separate if your job is generating a mix.
Do you do mid-job swaps on active construction sites?
Yes -- for multi-phase jobs we set up a swap schedule so a full container gets replaced before it backs up the crew.
Is it legal to burn construction debris on site in Wisconsin?
No -- burning construction and demolition debris is illegal under Wisconsin regulations, with very limited exceptions that do not apply to a typical jobsite. Everything needs to be hauled and disposed of properly.
Can you place a container without blocking site access?
That is exactly the kind of thing our driver walks with your foreman before the container comes off the truck -- access, staging area and swing room all get worked out on site.
